FOUR YEAR STRONG RELEASE NEW ALBUM, ‘ANALYSIS PARALYSIS’

Four Year Strong's much-anticipated sixth album, ‘analysis paralysis’, has officially landed. Produced by Will Putney, known for his work with heavyweights like The Amity Affliction, Fit For An Autopsy, and Every Time I Die, ‘analysis paralysis’ is a fresh take on their signature sound.

Dan O’Connor and Alan Day arrived at Putney’s studio without any finished songs, a stark contrast to their usual preparation. They spent the initial days reflecting on their musical roots and what made Brain Pain a standout. The result is a genre-blend of pop-punk energy, intricate riffs, and a gritty hardcore edge. Tracks like “maybe it’s me,” “bad habit,” “aftermath/afterthought,” “uncooked,” and “daddy of mine” showcase this evolution!

In just a month, they completed nearly 80% of the album, incorporating influences from metal, industrial, and reggae while still retaining their sound. With O’Connor and Day’s distinctive vocals and the solid rhythm from Jake Massucco and Joe Weiss, ‘analysis paralysis’ is both a fresh and familiar experience for Four Year Strong fans.
